In 1996, three health care practitioners realized that the
concerns surrounding health care costs were growing in volume and
intensity. By navigating the complexities of the health care system
and the bureaucracy around it, and by focusing on smart
return-to-work strategies, they could make a difference in the
quality of life and the return on health care dollars invested.
Since its founding, VoCare Services has operated with a clear
mission. The organization would:
- be recognized for its outstanding customer service;
- offer a spectrum of solutions focused on injury
prevention, injury management, and assessment of potential
liability and costs related to an injury or disability;
- conduct business with integrity and fairness with our
employees and our clients; and
- maximize outcomes through the collective expertise of
the company's health care professionals in the areas of health
care delivery and management.
